SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Orders take approximately 7-10 days to be processed and shipped. Please allow sufficient time when placing your order.
Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. Costs are calculated based on the total value of your order. Below is a table of our shipping costs, so you can plan accordingly. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS.
KidFavors.com is able to do rush orders for an additional cost. Please contact us via email with your exact needs and we will let you know if it is possible and what the added cost will be.
KidFavors.com will notify you via email when your items have been shipped. This notification will include a tracking number as well as an estimated delivery date.
At this time, KidFavors.com ships only within the continental USA.

KidFavors begins processing your order shortly after it is received. For this reason, all cancellations must be made within 8 hours of placing an order. Please email us right away to cancel an order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your merchandise, please contact us within one week of receipt of your package. We will gladly allow you to exchange your purchase or issue you a refund. We are unable to accept returns on any personalized items. Our liability does not extend beyond the cost of the item.
PERSONALIZED FAVORS
All personalized favors are hand painted upon ordering. Please be sure to check the spelling of all names before submitting an order as KidFavors.com in unable to accept returns on personalized items.
The price of personalization is included in the listed price. Remember you can always purchase any personalized item without personalization for $.50 less.
We recommend that you order a few extra favors w/out personalization for unexpected guests or late responses.
As with all of our party favors, customers are unable to choose specific colors. Our staff will choose the best colors based on the names and gender submitted at the time of ordering.
Please note that all personalized items should be hand washed and are subject to normal wear and tear over time.
Please don't forget to write the names of your guests in the comments section of the billing page with boys and girls names listed separately.
